Thrissilery is a prominent place on the spiritual map of India. God so willed that a Clarist convent also be built there. The founding of this house was very smooth. Sisters from Deepti Bhavan used to come here to assist the vicar. Impressed by their services, the parish donated two acres of land and Karuna Bhavan came into existence and is thriving well.
